Unlike our corporate counterparts, we don’t have high street offices with costly overheads, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to you.

We also understand that some clients prefer a more bespoke fee structure, and we’re always open to discussing flexible options to suit your requirements. Whether you’re looking to sell or rent your property, we’d love the chance to speak with you.

Our fees are straightforward: 6% (including VAT) for our Tenant Find Service, 12% (including VAT) for a fully managed service, and 1.2% (including VAT) for property sales.
